Refined pitching physics and updated player statistics improve upon the original Moero!! Pro Yakyuu release. Players compete in exhibition matches, seasonal leagues and all-star contests.

Standard Japanese pro baseball rules apply. Pitchers select throw variety, speed and location; batters time swings to produce solid contact. Fielders can be directed to chase fly balls and grounders.

Modes include single exhibition games, full seasonal league progression and alternating two-player versus play for household competition.

Jaleco’s clean stadium visuals render ball flight clearly. Lively stadium-themed looping background music and crowd ambient sounds recreate authentic ballgame atmosphere.
