Detana!! TwinBee, known internationally as Bells & Whistles, is a vertical-scrolling "cute 'em up" shooter developed by Konami for the PC Engine. Released in Japan, it is the fifth game in the TwinBee series and the first sequel to be released in arcades since the original, before receiving this acclaimed PC Engine port. You pilot the TwinBee and WinBee ships, fighting through colorful, whimsical worlds filled with quirky enemies.

The gameplay is classic TwinBee: you shoot enemies and collect bells, which change color and provide different power-ups depending on when you shoot them. This mechanic is the game's central hook, adding a layer of strategy to the shooting action. The PC Engine version is a faithful port that captures the arcade's vibrant visuals and energetic gameplay, though it remained a Japan exclusive for many years.

A unique feature is the ability to combine with a friend in a two-player cooperative mode, a staple of the series.
